Like with EA in its traceability view, it would be useful in Prolaborate to see the elements under the current element and the parent element (owns / owned by).
-
Just to clarify, do you want the Traceability view to show multi-level relationships like in EA?
-
I'm not looking for the multi-level. When an element contains another one according to the browser tree structure, EA shows this link under the Owns/Owned by or Embeds//Owned by.
Prolaborate only supports relationships, and it would be nice this.
Opening Sparx EA Example > running the traceability on the Portable Audio Player SysML block, you will notice the additional entries supported by EA traceability: owns, embeds (and check the reverse link from the SysML parts or blocks underneath)
Another example with ArchiMate would be Application elements wirth components placed under (in the browser).
Thanks

...and whilst you're doing this good work, maybe also include the other 'secret' relationships which are not connectors: tagged values which contains GUIDs, Classifiers, and all the other stuff which Geert shows us in EA Navigator.
WE know these are not real connectors, but Prolaborate users probably don't care.
BTW - great that the Prolaborate team answer stuff on this forum :)

Makes sense! Thank you for the feedback Guillaume and Ian. We will add it to our backlog and keep you posted on the schedule.
