Title: [Cloud] Details to add an EA repository to Prolaborate on Cloud

The following information needs to be shared with Prolaborate Team:

• IP address or DNS of the database server
• Credentials to access it
• Type of database server
• Name of the EA databases
• If security is enabled, an EA user with appropriate permissions should be present for each EA database. Note that Active Directory credentials cannot be used.
