Hi
In V14 I liked to have it open constantly some windows with most critical information: Element (Name/alias/status/etc), Notes,and Tags. I can fast check all informations witch I want about object.
But in V 15 "Element" and "Tag" windows are displayed alternately in this same place of program.
Why? Now I must stil switch between.
Is there any solution for both windows (Element and Tag) to be displayed simultaneously

You'll find some discussion on the topic on the forum. Long story short, your stereotype properties will show up on the same page as the name etc. There's no separate view for the unstructured tags that don't come from a profile.

Before I send post, Iwas check by last 100 is it any similary question about it.
In EA 14 I can put Tag windows any where I want. Now always is alternately with "Element" window - It's wery not "user friendly interface"

What used to be in the Tags window, is now in the Element window under "FunctionalRequirement (from SysML 1.5)" in your screen shot. So you can see the Tags and Element properties at the same time (at least, the most important Tags, i.e. the stereotype properties).

The good thing about EA was that I could create my own set of tags for a specific type of object, and have this important information on display - along with other fields. The fields in the "Element" window do not always correspond to what a given user / company needs. Now you force them to jump between the windows.
Sorry, but SParx "constantly takes 2 steps forward and 3 steps back" - scaring the user away. And we are left to accept the new "functionality" - or look for another tool
Maybe - but if I'm wrong - then work on the instruction (film)
For a dozen or so versions you stick to a certain standard, then you add new possibilities and at the same time you change the current standards - which rather do not block what you are introducing

Or, another way of looking at it is that if you formally define what those additional properties for your objects are, they show on the "Element" window. Allowing every user / company to have the properties that they need in one place.
