Title: v15 – Database Builder Generate DLL… Doesn’t handle View dependency

This is from one of my users.  When he generated a DDL for a schema from the DBB, the view dependencies were not maintained.  Since the Dependencies are available in the repository, there's really NO excuse for not doing it properly.
