Title: [Troubleshoot] “Not Found” error when opening an object in Prolaborate

This error appears when the object does not have a GUID associated with it. Once you run the Integrity check from EA and fix the reported issues, this issue should get automatically resolved.

This issue can also arise when you have the latest version of Prolaborate(V3.2 or above) with an older version of Pro Cloud Server(V3.0.x or below) or vice-versa. Please upgrade Prolaborate and Pro Cloud Server to the latest versions to get this issue resolved.
