Title: Prolaborate settings to change the discussion name?

When users start discussions in Prolaborate, they seem to be identified with "PROL" followed by an incremented number e.g. PROL1, PROL2, etc.
Is there a way to easily change this prefix in the settings or the database?

No, as of now. It has been programmed in that way

Would it be possible to set it as a configuration option in a future release e.g. via the configuration file?

This feature is getting released as part of V3.2.5
