Title: Can you get a report of a review and show findings?

I'd like to generate reports of the reviews of our designs. However, I don't see specific review elemnts in the template designer. I do see discussions, but I'd like for example to generate a report per review, so that we can show a regulator for example that a review was performed on a particular diagram and show the findings and status of the findings.

I'm not sure of the review elements are available like that, but if not then you should be able to get them to show up using a SQL or script fragment.
I'm guessing a script fragment would be more appropriate here since the reviews are probably hidden in some kind of xml column content.
