We are using confluence for documenting our architecture. However, the single source of truth is the model in EA. What is the best way to keep the two in sync WITHOUT additional plug-ins? We current do a copy and paste of diagrams at the moment. I don't like this method because the Notes section of an element may have updates as well.

We use document standard document generation to generate word documents.
Then we use a confluence feature (might be a plugin, I'm not sure) to import the word document into Confluence.
It's not an ideal or completely automated process, but it's good enough for our purpose.

AFIK, Prolaborate allows integration with Confluence but I have never use it.

Sparx Prolaborate enables you to publish live architecture information to your Confluence pages straight from your Enterprise Architect models. This eliminates the manual efforts needed to publish contents.
