Title: Disable Public share and enable Private share

Please follow these steps:
•   Go to Prolaborate Menu > General Settings
•   Disable all the settings under Share Settings and click on Save
•   Select the EA item which you want to share and copy the browser URL
•   Share the copied URL with your team
•   When they click on the link, they will be prompted for credentials
Note a user will be able to access the information through the above method only if that user has permission to that EA item. This is opposite to Public share; not everybody gets access with just the link.
