If you had any existing  service now integration configured in your Pro Cloud Server , now you can easily link or connect servicenow data  with current model ( model should be configured in pcs servicenow )

Please refer the below link which demonstrates JIRA Integration with PCS  (https://community.sparxsystems.com/tutorials/1237-enterprise-architect-jira-integration) . Similar way you can configure and use servicenow.

Can I add new object (export) from SPARX to ServiceNow? (Application component)?
Can I import (or update) object in SPARX Repository (information from Service Now)?
