Title: PCS integration with Jira and Confluence

Hi,
Can someone give me more detail on the capabilities of the integration with Jira and the integration with Confluence? What exactly will I be able to do? There isn't too much information on the website.

Some features of PCS Integration

• Jira Items can be created as an element in Enterprise Architect
• Jira Item exported to Enterprise Architect will have a link between Jira Item and EA objects
• Additionally links can be created between existing Jira and EA item
• Properties of JIRA item can be exported as EA Taggedvalues while exporting objects.
• Can View Jira Items and its details inside EA
• Changes made in JIRA can be synchronized with EA items if links were created
• Also Changes made in EA can be updated with JIRA items if links were created

same can be donw with any external providers ( Confluence , ServiceNow etc)

That's exactly what I wanted to know. Although, I hope this isn't limited to Prolaborate? BEcause I'm only looking at PCS alone, not with Prolaborate.

Yes you can use these integration within PCS itself.

Hi, Arshad, could you please tell me if I can perform the following action with Pro Cloud server?
I want to create a set of issues in Jira from EA using relations between EA elements to create relations between issues in Jira? For example: I have a diagram with elements organized as a structure: Feature -> Use Cases -> Requirements. I want to create issues in Jira from these elements and to connect them as parents and children (structure in Jira: Epic -> Story -> Task).

I also have several other questions regarding EA - Jira integration. According to forum's rules should I start new topics or I can go on here?

No, You cant create JIRA items from EA using PCS Integrations.
PCS Integration only allows updating of Jira items if they are already linked with an EA item.

But you can create an EA item from JIRA using Create Local Element  (https://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/15.0/model_repository/integration_linking_items.html)and Synchronise.
