Title: Customise the Help links in Prolaborate
Post by: Guillaume on November 18, 2019, 11:15:25 pm
In Prolaborate, there's a "?" (top right corner) to open the HELP with a number of links available: Online help, Forums, About...

Is there an easy way to amend this list? We'd like to remove some links whilst adding one to a local help intranet url with information on Prolaborate and EA usage.

Hi Guillaume,

The best way to do that would be to introduce those links in appropriate dashboards. We have seen Customers creating new dashboards that guide the new users in learning Prolaborate.

What do you think?

Where dashboards can provide helps links, the Help button is very useful as it's available from any page and users can be invited to use it.
Currently it only provides links to public sites (Prolaborate help, forum, etc.) however I think it would be useful to customize it or provide a way to add custom links.
Could it be considered for a future release?

Hi Guillaume

Thanks for the suggestion. We have added these items to our product backlog; we will keep you updated when we take it up.
