Please share the following information for further analysis:

• Screenshot of Prolaborate Health Checks page
• Screenshot of General Settings page
• Pro Cloud Server version and edition
• Database servers used for Prolaborate and EA models? If EA models are in MySQL, Postgres, or Oracle, please share the version of the driver
• Prolaborate server configuration (RAM, CPU processor speed, and number of cores)
• Are Prolaborate and its database located in the same server?
• Are Prolaborate and Pro Cloud Server installed on different servers?
• Is the performance fine when using cloud connections in EA to access the models?
• Browsers used to access Prolaborate
• Is Prolaborate consistently slow all the time when viewing any information? Or it varies?
