Hello, i m new to this forum. How can I attach Screenshots / Images in my message?

Thanks and sorry for this silly question.

I did click on "inset image" but than i get  img / img

You put a URL to the image between those two image tags.  The forum itself does not have image storage.

You can't have spaces in the [img] tags.

https://imgur.com/XISvONC isn't an image, it's a URL where the image is displayed. If you right-click on the image and choose Copy Image Location (or whatever is the equivalent in your browser) you get https://i.imgur.com/XISvONC.png which you can put between img tags.
