Title: Allow Diagram Frames to be scaled

It would be very convenient a diagram frame  in a diagram could be scaled, e.g. to insert a diagram frame and a "thumbnail" on another diagram at a user selectable scale, e.g. 40%




Updated to clarify it is a diagram frame in a diagram

I think UML 2.5 spec says you can put almost anything on any diagram, but this may be pushing it....

It may not be a high priority, but from a usability point of view this has irritated me for a long time.

I really need this as well.

For now I have to create images instead .. and then update the image each time the referenced diagram changes too much.
