Yes, go to the options Diagram | Appearance | Configure Default Element Fonts

Sorry Geert, I may not have been specific enough. I am referring to the "Default Paragraph Font" that is used by the document (generation) templates.

You can create your own stylesheet and modify any of the styles.

I did notice that the "normal" style sometimes doesn't behave, so I actually never use that style (I use normal2, which I created myself)

Thanks Geert, this helps. In addition, it is worth noting that "Default Paragraph Font" is a Character Style, instead of Paragraph Style, and can only be edited by changing the relevant (style) type on the Edit Stylesheet dialogue.

This more or less works but still behaves oddly on our repository. We have created a new Style Sheet based on the "normal" style under \\Document Generation\User Templates\Style Sheets and made a number of modifications.

Quite a lot of the styles get updated when using Update Styles but quite often Sparx just throws a wobble (doesn't change the font colour, or the fonts themselves, it seems to have particular difficulties with bullet point lists.)

I think this is could be solved by updating normal.rtf but as per a new thread I have just created - https://www.sparxsystems.com/forums/smf/index.php/topic,44092.0.html - I don't think the instructions are working on an RDBMS repository.

Edit: Forgot to add that one of the most annoying things is that I cannot get any new styles to show in any documents, even after updating styles.

There are 2 odd formatting issues I have not been able to overcome. Curiously both concern bullet points. They are:
1) With the new custom stylesheet all documents are generated with tiny bullet points, including any static text in the document.
2) All bullets points from the Notes field have a 1.5 spacing, I don't seem to be able to change this 1.0 spacing.

Any thoughts on how to work around these 2 oddities would be very welcomed.

Yes, I'm having similar problems. I'm not getting bullets at all, either in linked dpocuments or in element desriptions. The paragraphs come out as hanging.
