In some cases, MS Word crashes after generating a document. I did some trial and error with empty templates, templates with just a title, just a diagram image, ... But I can't find what particular parameter causes that problem.
UPDATE: I have a template with an image of a data model, and only when I add this to my report, MS Word crashes while browsing.

My template:https://imgur.com/xlcUDkM (https://imgur.com/xlcUDkM)
As long as I don't add any pre- or postconditions to my use case, the document generates without any problem and I can open it smoothly with Word.
But, when I add a pre- and/or a postcondition to my use case, the document generates without any problem, but when I open it with Word, Word crashes.

Update:
I discovered that the problem is caused by the combination of adding the pre/post conditions in combination with adding the composite sequence diagram of the use case. When I delete the sequence diagram template from my report, Word opens smoothly.
I tried the following workarounds:
- adding the sequence diagram within the same template as the pre/post conditions --> Word crashes
- adding the sequence diagram in another template following the one with the pre/post conditions --> Word crashes
- adding the sequence diagram by means of a fragment in both templates -> Word crashes

Solved!
It was caused by a heading conflict.
