Title: Quality of images in report is poor
Post by: MatthiasVDE on April 17, 2020, 08:30:57 pm
By some reason, the quality of the images in my reports is like this:

I tried it whit different templates and styles, but this poor quality stays what it is.

try selecting bitmap instead of metafile, that sometimes helps

I doesn't help.

We use EA in a Citrix VDI console, could that cause the problem?

Preferences -- Diagram -- Image Memory Limit maybe? Should always be set to max.

What build/version of EA are you using?

15.1 has an "Image Quality" option in the generation dialog. Ranging from Draft to Very High. Pretty sure draft is 96dpi, I don't know the others, but as a guide, 'High' would work for most printing, 'Very High' probably for book publishing.

15 and 14. Today I will create all my templates again, hoping that that will solve the problem.
