Title: Tagged Value Reference - both ways?

Hi!

Assume I have some objects, in this example from UAF:

• EnterpriseVision
• EnterpriseGoal
• EnterprisePhase
• ActualEnterprisePhase (instance of EnterprisePhase)

EnterpriseVision (EV) has a tagged value where I can choose ActualEnterprisePhase (AEP).

EnterpriseGoal (EG) also has a tagged value where I can choose ActualEnterprisePhase.

ActualEnterprisePhase has one tagged value to choose EnterpriseVision, and one for EnterpriseGoal.

This seems not to be synced. My thought was that if I set the AEP in EV and EG, the AEP would get the reference automatically. Is this a bug, or by design? Wouldn't a two-way reference to be preferred?

Do I have to set AEP in both EV and EG, and then set EV and EG in AEP?
