Opening a diagram in Prolaborate makes it possible to select elements but not connectors.
I understand the technical issues that make it difficult to identify where the connector is located within the diagram image.
Is it feasible and planned for a future release?

Hi Guillaume,
Thanks for the suggestion. Prolaborate relies on Pro Cloud Server to get details on diagrams, elements, and connectors. We will have a look at the feasibility when we take it up.

Hello, I'm revisiting this article, which I find very important. We're currently on version 5.4 of Prolaborate, and it's still not possible to directly select a connector to display its properties.
The feature allowing you to display connector information when hovering over an element isn't practical when you have a multitude of connectors.
Has the technical feasibility of directly selecting a connector in Prolaborate been determined?
Thank you.

Whilst it is not possible to click on a connector on the diagram's image to select it, placng he mouse cursor over an element shows the connectors icon which lists all connectors with a link to each connector properties.

Thanks, Guillaume, but this list isn't very practical when you have a lot of controlflow-type connections, for example. Moreover, this list shows all the connectors, and some aren't really useful for stakeholders. In our experience, my users tend to click on the connector itself to retrieve information. This list confuses them. To be effective, we should add the connector name to this list and probably set up a filter for the connectors we want to see there. They can click on the other elements, so why not on a connector?

Hi Pierre,
I agree with you. It would be much more practical to have the ability to select a connector from the diagram.
It would be nice to have an update from Prolaborate/Sparx.
