Title: Pro Cloud Server vs Cloud Service for EA users

Hi,

I have a client who has a PCS Token Edition to use Prolaborate.
He tried to use the PCS to access the repository from EA as well but he often getq a logon error.

Should the PCS Token Edition be reserved for web Prolaborate uses only? Does it work fine as soon as one upgrades to the Team Server edition?
For EA users, shall I recommend to install the Cloud Service on the same server and configure it on a dedicated port?

Hi Guillaume,

Can you please share the exact error that is seen by the user? This should not have anything to do with licenses as accessing the EA models does not require a license.

Hi,

I found the solution ; there was an error in the PCS config file. It all works fine now.
