clone and build github *microsoft visual studio community 2017*
while building the solution we are facing a dependence issue and some DLL are unable to load it throws an error.

I tried NuGet Package Restore but not able to resolve the issue .

how do I resolve this issue and where do I get the EAAddinFramework.dll .
