Title: Model View tool bar missing

Hi
I have a slideshow defined in the Model Views portal and want to re order the elelemnts. According to the help I should be able to do this in the model view tool bar, but I cannot find the tool bar.
Where is it?!

According to the documentation, access the Model View toolbar as follows:

Ribbon: Show > Portals > Window > Explore > Model Views > Toolbar
             or
            Start > Explore > Browse > Model Views > Toolbar

Keyboard Shortcuts: Ctrl+Shift+F5  > Toolbar

Yes I am aware of that option
Unfortunately no toolbar is displayed for the model views panel
