Title: Display a number in a circle next to elements on a diagram ?

Hi,

I remember (i think) ready about a new feature that would allow modellers to display a number in a circle next to elements on a diagram - useful if you want to then use the number as a reference in documents that you might paste the diagram into.

Is this feature available - if so what's it called so i can find it in the help files ?

Bookmark value is what I think you are after.
Right click on element and in context menu click on Set Bookmark Value. Tick Enable bookmark and set value in the dialog then click the ok button.

A bookmark is set a bit more quickly by hitting shift-space.

Circle annotation like in technical drawings is not really possible.

In v15.2 the bookmarks appear as red circle with a white font.


Edit: Or ellipse.

Starting to feel a bit early for Christmas panto with "Oh no it isn't" and "Oh yes it is".


Its a new feature Qwerty so it is now possible.

So now we have two bookmarks.

- the old red triangle
- the new red oval

Does anyone know what the point is of the enable bookmark checkbox?
Why would I need to create a bookmark value, but not enable it?

No it's now to show it on one diagram and hide it on another. The bookmark values are diagram specific.

That immediately gave me the  EAUI feeling when watching the video. This product is definitely made from/for Sparxians and not for humans.
