Title: Are XSL transformations slower in EA then in a command prompt?

I modeled an XSL Transformation using the EAUML Toolbox in EA according to the documentation. When I ran the transformation, I noticed it took a lot longer compared to running the same transformation from a Windows CMD prompt. EA uses xalan as the processor, and the processor I use in the CMD prompt is also xalan. The same stylesheet was used with the same input file. Is there any way of speeding things up?
