Title: v15.2 – Captions for Enum Tags – especially useful for hidden menus _subtype

For Enum type Tags, it would be useful to specify an optional caption against the value.  Often the values are codified (especially when imported from external end-points)  It would be useful to be able to convert the codified values to user-friendly captions.  This would be especially useful for the "hidden menus" _subtype dialogs.
