Title: How to change placement of a diagram embedded in another diagram?
Post by: F@lk on November 12, 2020, 10:17:01 pm
Hi!
I have a structural diagram showing a few elements as boxes. I make that box very large and drop another structural diagram onto such an element to embed it.
Now I can see its elements in that embedded diagram but how can I place those inner elements? They are just randomly placed and at fixed positions.
Thanx in advance.

If you have an embedded diagram, that is simply a representation of the original (I guess composite) diagram. Change the original, and you will change this embedded diagram.

Unfortunately, when I switch to the inner diagram and place its elements it does not have an effect on the presentation how it looks nested in the embedding diagram. My EA version is 14.

Make sure you save the diagram after changing it.
