Title: Adjusting swimlanes

There are a number of posts preserving the contents within a lane when using "Swimlanes (https://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/15.2/modeling/swimlanes.html) and Matrix (https://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/15.2/modeling/swimlanes_matrix.html)" .


This post is for a simpler feature/suggestion/request.


When adjusting (using mouse select and drag)  a diagram's swimlane width all lanes to the right of the lane boundary shift as well.
This shift is in fact a side-effect, and we know these are bad.


I propose the following enhancements:

• mouse select and drag with the Ctrl key depressed adjusts ONLY the selected boundary
• mouse select and drag with the Shift key depressed adjusts all columns equally, i.e. they all expand or contract by the same distance

Throughts before I submit a feature request?

This is already there

Select a diagram swimlane and hold Alt Key, this only adjust the selected swimlane boundary leaving all others in place.
