Title: Native XML Export doesn't include t_snapshot (audit infos)

Hi,

I noticed that the Native XML Export doesn't generate the content from the t_snapshot table, where Audit Logs info is stored.
This can be an issue when one needs to generate a complete snapshot of the project.

Is there any reason for this? Couldn't there be an option to opt in/out this table?

To reproduce the behaviour, enable the Auditing feature, carry updates in EA to populate the table, and run the Native XML Export

XMI exports don't include version control settings or baselines either, do they? And I for one don't think they should, because they're exports of model content.

It might make sense to be able to export all audit data from a package, but it shouldn't be part of the model content export.
And if you want to make a complete snapshot of a project, you can do a project transfer.
