Title: Portals window is empty. Clicking Portals > Windows opens nothing

Hi all,
My Portals window is empty.
When I click Portals  > Windows nothing happens.
This started about a week ago. 
Solution?
(Windows window is one of my most important launch resources.)

Do you see it as a closed tab in the upper right?  "Portals" is printed vertically?
