When I use the QuickLinker I'm getting entries in the list for profiles that are NOT enabled!
Anyone else seeing this? Is this a defect? I would have thought so.

Paolo,
Have you tried setting up a perspective with only the MDG's that should be used?
Seems like that works better than the MDG technology selection.

Hi Geert,
it always seems to come down to perspectives (which I get).
BUT surely, if the technology is NOT enabled then it cannot be active in any perspective, or have I misunderstood?

Yeah, that used to be the case, until they came up with the perspectives idea?
In the past I've actually physically removed the MDG files I didn't want from the installation folder.
That is the only way to be sure the MDG's don't get used.
Now (15.2) it seems like perspectives are working properly. I've set up a custom perspective, and linked that to the user groups.
Until now I haven't noticed any MDG leakage anymore.
I'm happy I don't have to remove the MDG files anymore.

Any idea what the rationale is for this? I can't see any sense in that.
Anyway, I'll have a look on Monday.
Thanks,
Paolo
