Title: Best pratice to copy Package from a model to Another

Hi guys,
what's the best practice to copy package from a model to another ?
Copy --> Paste Full Structure for Duplication or Publish --> Export XML --> Import XML ?

I usually do xmi export/import.

I suspect this to be better for larger packages, but without proof.

Further on  with export/import you can decide if you stay with the same GUIDs or if you want to have new once.
