Title: "Model Template Pattern failed to load." TOGAF Trial with EA Professional

I have the EA Professional version which doesn't include the TOGAF 9.1 MDG. I downloaded the trial, but now can't figure out how to install it. Putting the TOGAF 9.1 folder in the MDGTechnology folder under EA didn't help. I suspect I'm missing some XML but where is it?
