Today I amused myself with trying to add a relationship between two elements I created in my MDG.
Both are generalizations of ArchiMate3 three elements and I wanted to add a relationship between them.
This page in the documentation seems to explain how:
https://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/15.1/modeling/metamodelconstraints.html
However as often if I do just that (or at least think I do it properly) nothing happens. I have been busy most of today changing things replublishing and seeing if something changes however no such luck ;-/
Here is a screenshot of my MDG configuration and the resulting quick link

Since the screen shot does not show your toolbox, what is seen when you uncheck "Filter to toolbox".

Aha... shit never used that button before. In my 'normal' ArchiMate models this was off and here it was on. Now I have way to many ;-)
So I might not have to add things as they seem to be inherited but now I need to restrict them using the Quicklink configuration I think.
Thanks for the tip I'll be off reading and experimenting ...
One question is it possible to see what is the stereotype of an connector as you have standard UML connectors and ArchiMate3 connectors that look the same and also have the same name. However they are different stereotypes.

The properties window show the stereotype of a connector when you select it on a diagram.

You just have to be sure that the connector is part of your toolbox. That will make it appear in the list. Or at least it should....

The "too many" links is probably because you've picked up all of the UML links.
You can add _HideUmlLinks=true to your metaclass.
