As can be seen from the photo, when our colleague Guillaume is not posting here, he's masquerading as a bistro owner.

Recommended to open the picture in another tab of your browser since this forum bloats it. Maybe it ate too many dishes?

Hi Paolo,

Nice image 8). Can you let me know how you posted the image here? I tried using "[ img][ / img ]" but it didn't work for me so I have been resorting to uploading the image to an online image site and then inserting the link for it.

Thanks for the photo with the unexpected broken dishes chandelier.
I think I found the site which even features the Guillaume who can cook but doesn't use this forum  ;D

Bistro Guillaume is part of a chain.  The photo I took is that at our local Crown Casino, here in Perth Western Australia.  I haven't been inside, but most restaurants at the Crown are fairly posh.
