Title: Unable to Create Approver as part of a Review - Collaboration functionality

Hi,

Currently, I am about to discover the functionalities within the collaboration module.
As part of that I am struggling with the Review function.
When I create a new review connected to a BPMN diagram I cannot create an approver for that. It is disabled in the review tab overview.

Does any of you know the reason for that?
