Title: Native XML permission = Transfer Data

Hello,

According to the user guide, the Export XMI permission needs to be granted for users who need to use the Native XML export (when the security is enabled).
In EA 15.2 or EA16RC, the Native XML import and export is actually linked with the Transfer Data permission

The following user guide pages need to be updated.
Would it be possible to add 2 permissions : Native XML export, Native XML import to allow users exporting the model but preventing them from running any import?
