Title: WebEA didn't display the model data after update to the new version

Hello,

After the PCS update, I manually copy and overwrite all WebEA files (except the webea_config.ini) from the installation folder to the web server folder. The WebEA was updated to the newer version and the model data is showing, but I cannot navigate further.
For example:
Project 1 > Domain Model > Event (Diagram)
I was able to click from Project 1 to the Domain Model, but nothing happens/displays when navigating to the Event diagram

What could be the possibility for the error and how could the issue be resolved?

Quick question. When you say navigate, are you navigating via diagrams/diagram links or are you navigating using the project browser?

Hi wivel,

For example, from the https://demo.sparxpublic.com/index.php.

Click EA Example model
Click Example Model which will show folders.
Click on the folders, but nothing happens. It is inaccessible.

Hmmmmmmm. Seems to work fine for me. I can navigate through the project browser, I can click on folders, subfolders, elements and diagrams with no problem.

Do you expect to have diagrams shown when navigate of 'just' the elements?

Hi wivel,

It works on the Sparx Demo, but on my org's WebEA there is no response when clicking on folders, subfolders, elements, or diagrams.

It happened when I copied new WebEA folders to the web server.

Have you tried restarting the webserver and the PCS service?

Yes. I did.
When I revert back to the old folder to WebEA version 4.1, it works fine.
When I update a new WebEA folder to v4.2, the issue exists.

The permission is viewable and I have no idea where to look and what can cause the issue. :(
