Title: Prolaborate 4 - dashboard widgets: save custom colors

Hi,

When creating widgets in a dashboard, I select specific colours for the title background, border, etc.
It would be nice if Prolaborate could suggest the recent custom colors used or let me save a custom color.
If would be nice also to save a style with the title background, title text, body background, and border colors.

The upcoming prolaborate version 4.2 has major changes related to color configurations on Charts and MDG Tags, which also has options to save and reuse colors. It is expected to release by next week.
