Hello,
If I use a query with the Search Window I get an EA TIMEOUT error after around 30 seconds.
If I use the C#/VB API I get after around 30 seconds an empty result. No indication of an error except the empty result occurs.
Can and how can I modify the TIMEOUT time?

Hi Helmut.
Which version of EA and PCS are you running? In the later versions of EA 15.2 and PCS 4.2x, (cant remember the actual build numbers) there is an option in EA to set at timeout value. Its located at Configure -> Options -> Cloud -> Maximum Query Time.
