Title: Diagram image not found.

Hello,

Having an issue with just this one diagram.

Diagram image not found.

See the 'WebEA Error Messages' section of the Troubleshooting WebEA help page for details.

I verified all of the possible reasons recommended by Sparx WebEA troubleshooting but couldn't find why (just) this one diagram didn't show the image on the WebEA.


This diagram has "image pending regeneration status", I am not sure if this is the reason.

Hi

EA only creates WebEA diagram images for diagrams that you physically save yourself. EA will not generate images for diagrams created via copy/paste or import. That is where PCS EA Worker comes in. It will periodically generate diagram images for all diagrams in the model, to work around the issue you have described here.
