Title: Different behavior of hyperlink among projects

Hi,

we have two projects (stored in postgre).

Project 1: we create hyperlink from toolbox-common elements. Hyperlink is created with empty notes and with behaviour selectable and printable.

Project 2: we create hyperlink from toolbox-common elements. Hyperlink is created with predefined text in notes and alias, and selectable is NOT chosen.

We can not find how to affect creation of hyperlink in project 2 and reset it to default state.

This behavior is same in ea 15.2 and 16 too.

I've been caught by this (kind of thing) before.  Check your Template package to see if the hyperlink defined there is the same...
