I am trying to Simulate a business process considering Resource scenario.
By increasing the number of Resources, my expectation is that we would reduce processing times.
Simulation Results are not showing this. Simulation results attached are confusing.
1)Could anyone has an idea (on Resource simulation)?
2)parameters shown in Simulation results are confusing, could anyone clarify?
3)Also to know these parameters is there a documentation to explain the meaning and calculation?
Or else you have some other idea?
4)Is there a way to enter the parameter values for simulation by uploading a file(automatic/semi automatic)?
