Hi,
i have a problem with the html export.
somehow the order of the diagrams listed in the tree is not correct, it looks like this:
A001-Name x
A002-Name x
A003-Name x
A004-Name x
...
A999-Name x
A001-Name y
How can it happen that it starts again with A001? What can I do to prevent this and have a correct listing with the right order?
Thanx so much for any help on this!
best regards
André

Sorting with rightmost having the highest priority.

Hi qwerty,
thx but what do you mean by sorting with righmost? can i configure different sorting rules? if yes where?
my question is why after
A999-Name x
it starts again with
A001-Name y
does not make any sense to me...
thx

I'm no DBA, but I think it's called collation. This determines the sort order of databases. For advanced DBs you can tell even how diacritics are to be handled aside from left/right priority (I'm no DBA!! Btw. Don't ask a DBA to help when moving. They drop tables.)

sorry but can anyone from the EA Sparx Team help here?
How can I configure a proper sorting in EA Sparx when exporting to html?
thx

Well, they will point you to your DBA - likely. If it's EAP you can't do anything and take it as it is. Only if you have some decent DB there is a chance.

Just to be clear,
the sorting problem does not appear in EA sparx Application, only when I make the html export, in the html web edition there's this problem.

Oh, I missed that point. I can't say much about HTML ordering :-/

Hello EA Support! Are You There???

You need to mail them. This is only a user forum (which eventually some Sparxian may read).
