Title: PCS connections in the DB Manager

When I open the PCS Configuration Client, I see 0/999 connexions for all databases. I noticed that clicking all the time on Refresh sometimes updates the active connections.
It would be nice if this windows could show in real time the number of active connexions, similarly to the floating license status.

I also vote for the feature. Knowing logged-in users (if any) is essential information for PCS administrator.

PS. There is logged-in user list, available through Extended Properties of PCS Configuration Client app, but it includes only OSLC users (like WebEA logged-in or anonymous users).
