Title: Add change records for Prolaborate to audit logs in Sparx EA

We use auditing feature to log creation, deletion and change records inside Sparx enterprise Architect.
If we use Prolaborate to create or change artifacts in repository, no log records are made in EA auditing log.
It will be nice to see all changes inside one audit log for whole repository.

Perhaps having this information available in Prolaborate in the first place, before considering transferring it to EA, would be useful
An admin could choose to auto visited elements and diagrams, updated fields, etc.

I also support this idea. It should be regarded as a flaw if changes can be made to a model with auditing activated without those changes being recorded in the log.

Would it be an option to enable logging on database level?
Both EA and Prolaborate make changes to the same database.
