On this page about the benefits of subscribing, it says about helpfiles:
https://sparxsystems.com/products/ea/license_info.html
But I can only find the FAQ and Enterprise Architect User Guide Library. And they are available to everyone, without a subscription.
Where can I find these helpfiles?

All you need is right here: https://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/16.1/welcome/index.html (https://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/16.1/welcome/index.html)

Thank you for answering!
Is this manual open to all?
I just want to make sure I didn't miss out on classified information by having a subscription.
Because the license description says helpfiles for users with a subscription. Is this information wrong?
-
Why not just click the link and see what you can get?

Yes, the manual is completely public.

Okay.
If this is an open manual, where are the closed helpfiles?
Or is that what it is?
-
Honestly, the so-called help from Sparx is a mess. I have no idea what the extra help files from the subscription would be. Probably I would need help to find that subscribed help?

The manual is normally web-based. I believe the Helpfiles on that page are the SAME as the web-based manual but allow for local deployment onto your machine. We use them to allow us to get help for local repositories even when "off the net".
You can't access them without a running EA instance, but I believe it could be an EA-Lite instance that doesn't need a licence.

Thanks for your help!

What came to mind is sort of a premium support you have with a subscription. Works usually well. Though now the quality of EA is in a state that I don't go for that :-/
