Title: Editing the publishing templates

I need to customize a template that is used for publishing a diagram.
Do I need to dive into editing it via XML way?
Our is there a tool in EA?

Specifically, I don't want to publish the author and version information in the report.

Are you talking about HTML publishing?

Can use built in document editor to create templates or edit the HTML templates in the editor.

I missed out in asking about the file format of output.
I want to avoid making all the viewers install the free EA viewer.
So, which output format will keep it as close to the original as possible?
For example, pdf does not seem to support hyperlinks in the document.
So, viewer will find it difficult to navigate through the document.
HTML seems better at that.
Any other common file formats?
