Title: Crash on Manage Libraries

Hi - running EA in parallels on a Mac M3. Works fine until I click "manage libraries" to install the help system, and it crashes with "attempted an unsupported operation"

Same thing is happening to me (Parallels, M1, Win 11 ARM) in EA 16.1 64bit. Works fine in EA 15.2.

Could it be an EA 64bit issue. I don't have EA 16.1 32bit installed to test?

V 16.1 is also available in 32 bit.

I tried 16.1 32-bit and hit the same issue. 15.2 works fine

I too had this issue with 16.1 Build 1628 64 bit version

I have the same issue as discussed in this thread (environement 16.1.1628 64bit). Would be curious to know if there has been any progress on the matter.
