Title: UML Type user security permission

What is the user security permission I need to set to allow users to define 'Tagged Value Types' (under 'UML Types').

although I couldn't say for sure which of the permissions relates to 'Tagged Value Types'. Possibly the 'Configure Stereotypes' could be it.
